Subodh is the Founder and Managing Principal at SAAM Consulting. He is a seasoned Business Tech Leader with over 2 decades of proven experience in advising dozens of companies across industry sectors in business transformation and strategic growth.
Subodh carries an entrepreneurial mindset with a penchant for innovation and efficiency at work and has served as a Strategic Advisor to organizations and startups alike, helping them -
- Evaluating business ideas & converting them into tangible business models
- Building product roadmaps & architecting platform strategies for omni-channel growth along with expansion of digital customer touchpoints
- Designing sustainable operating models and efficient business processes for business growth
Subodh has architected products & solutions including ERP (bespoke & COTS), SCM Portals, CRM & MDM solutions for companies in food sector, real estate, telecom, pharma to name a few.
Subodh carries a unique blend of finance and technology streams and has completed his executive education in Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Enterprise Architecture & Project Management.
Prior to founding SAAM, Subodh has worked in senior management positions with global management consulting firms (EY, KPMG), where he was responsible for managing marquee accounts & solution delivery in the areas of Digital Transformations, Process Improvement, Strategy and Governance building - besides was also leading operations for India - Western Region.
